• Stripe / PayPal – for processing subscription payments

Our backend services are hosted on Supabase, a third-party platform based in the United States. As such, your personal data may be transferred to and stored on servers outside the European Union. Supabase has committed to compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure that your data is protected to EU standards.

Data Security

All data transmission is secured using SSL encryption. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or misuse.

SignalX Trading Challenge Data

If you participate in a SignalX trading challenge:

• We may process your performance data, public Instagram posts, and participation responses.

• This data is used strictly to verify results, track eligibility, and (with consent) create educational content.

• Participation is voluntary and challenge data is not reused for marketing without your consent.
