These Terms of Service establish the contractual relationship between Agentic GmbH, located at Albert-Schweitzer-Str. 16F, 82152 Planegg, Germany, and registered under HRB 249658 at the Munich District Court ("Agentic GmbH"), and the user ("you") who utilizes our services. By registering on the website or using any SignalX web application or related service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Premium Subscriptions and Cancellation
You can subscribe to premium plans for additional features. Terms for payment—including the use of payment providers such as PayPal or Stripe—will be clearly presented prior to purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellation can be initiated via email or through your account settings.

Account Deletion
You may cancel and delete your account at any time by contacting us. Account termination ends your access to any premium features. Refunds will be handled in accordance with the terms stated at the time of purchase.

User Obligations
You must provide accurate and complete registration information and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for any misuse of your account. Failure to update or correct your information may lead to suspension or termination of your access.

Breach of Terms
Violations of these terms may result in consequences ranging from formal warnings to permanent account suspension, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Liability
Agentic GmbH’s liability is limited to damages resulting from gross negligence or material breaches of contract. We are not liable for data loss caused by your failure to take reasonable security precautions. We are also not responsible for any technical issues arising from third-party platforms such as TradingView, including but not limited to downtime, access revocations, or script limitations. All TradingView indicators are provided “as is” and may be subject to the constraints or changes in TradingView’s platform policies.

Formation of Contract
A binding contract is formed when you subscribe to a premium service. Your provided data will be stored securely, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. To register, you must be at least 18 years old and may not register multiple accounts. We reserve the right to deny registration for users with a history of violations or suspected misuse.

Services Offered
Agentic GmbH, under the SignalX brand, provides analytical tools and custom-built indicators for TradingView, specifically tailored for the FX market. These tools support technical analysis and strategy development but do not offer trade execution or financial advice. We do not provide financial advice. Our services deliver data-driven signals and analysis based on historical and real-time data feeds. Agentic GmbH is based in Germany and adheres to applicable regulatory standards.

All TradingView indicators and scripts provided via SignalX are intended solely for educational and informational purposes. They are not financial advice or trading signals. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Use of any SignalX indicator implies your agreement to assume full responsibility for all trading decisions and outcomes.

SignalX Trading Challenge Terms

Purpose and Scope
The SignalX Trading Challenge is an educational competition provided by Agentic GmbH. It allows users to apply technical strategies in a simulated or real-time market environment. The challenge does not involve trade execution or investment advice.

Eligibility
Participants must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Provide accurate and complete registration details.

• Reside in a country where such contests are legally permitted.

Agentic GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize pool if they:

• Do not agree to participate in pre- and/or post-challenge interviews, if requested.

• Fail to provide a valid, public Instagram handle (if required for score verification).

• Are based in countries subject to sanctions or legal restrictions regarding prize competitions.

• Violate platform rules, submit false information, or manipulate results.

Scoring and Rewards
Scoring may be based on user-submitted performance, verified posts, or platform engagement, depending on challenge rules. Agentic GmbH retains full discretion to determine winners and distribute prizes. Prizes are non-transferable and subject to eligibility confirmation.

Disclaimer
SignalX provides educational content and backtested strategy tools. We do not offer investment recommendations, financial advice, or portfolio management services. All trading involves risk, and participants agree not to hold Agentic GmbH liable for any losses incurred during or after the challenge.

Independence
The SignalX Trading Challenge is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Meta Platforms, or any broker or financial services provider. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Service Availability
We may modify or discontinue elements of the website or applications at any time. If key features are removed, you may terminate your subscription. While we strive for high uptime, occasional maintenance or issues may cause service interruptions. You acknowledge and accept these limitations.

Changes to Terms of Service
We may revise these Terms of Service. Changes will be communicated by email. If you do not object within fourteen days, the revised terms will be deemed accepted. If you object, you may terminate the agreement with immediate effect.

Legal and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by German law. Legal disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Munich, unless otherwise required by EU consumer protection laws.

Severability and Final Provisions
Modifications to this agreement must be made in writing or text form. In case of translation discrepancies, the German-language version prevails. If any clause is found invalid, the rest of the agreement remains valid, and the invalid clause will be replaced by one that most closely reflects the original intent.
 
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code), you have the right to withdraw from any paid subscription contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
 
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Agentic GmbH, Albert-Schweitzer-Str. 16F, 82152 Planegg, Germany, email: hello@signal-screener.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
 
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
If you requested the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a proportionate amount corresponding to the services provided until the point you notified us of the withdrawal.
